Train hard, eat well, sleep like a baby, and SAVOR THOSE COMPLETE REST DAYS.

Yes, one can train every day if a novice, but eventually diminishing returns, injuries, and illnesses will creep up (in only a few weeks).


Always remember that you accrue results from hard work & 48 to 72 hours of quality downtime that allows the body to adapt to that hard work. Trust the process and don't be a hero thinking "More is better."
